TSANTALI AGIORITIKOS WINES

Grape varieties: From the homegrown varieties Assyrtiko, Athiri and Roditis

Harvest: End of August for the Assyrtiko - middle of September for the Athiri.

Vinification: Separate vinification for each grape variety. Fermentation at low temperature (18 oC). Natural clarification.

Classification: Agioritikos regional wine (Vin de Pays)

Character: A crystal clear wine, yellow gold with an attractive green hue, bursting with peach and green apple. A harmoniously vivacious palate.

Serving suggestions: Grilled or fried fish, white meats, mild yellow cheeses, fruits.

Serving temperature: Best enjoyed at 10-12 oC.
