A wine made each year with artistry and expertise from the courtly Cabernet Sauvignon, the shy Cabernet Franc, the intractable Merlot and the ruby-red Limnio varieties. Aged for 12 months in brand new oak barrels in the Domaine's air-conditioned cellar. With a deep purple color and hints of mauve in it's color palette, a unique bouquet of small fruits of the forest with charming touches of vanilla and a velvety texture, this wine seals in cavetable, high quality tartness of the tannin's from selected grapes of mount Meliton
