The strict selection of grapes from the Bordeaux variety of Semillon is followed by fermentation in oak barrels. This wonderful varietal wine brings to our smell the scent of vanilla together with an aroma reminiscent of apricots and baked cakes, while in the mouth an aromatic aftertaste generously offers strong feelings. Served at 13° C, it raises to the challenge of various white meats with white sauce, spicy exotic dishes and lobster.
