It is the velvet child of the Amethystos family.  Its purple bright colour is the bequest of the small surface yields of Cabernet Sauvignon as well as of Merlot and the Greek Limnio. It is a high specification wine, with a complex and attractive aroma, which it acquired from its stay in 225 litres oak barrels for approximately 1 year. Its overflowing taste and rich body surround its vanilla structure and spread their wings majestically with grilled meat and game.  It can be served immediately at 18° C in an open-tulip shaped glass or age patiently in the bottle.
