Character: A dark ruby red wine, with intensive bouquet, velvety in texture, with lots of plum and blackberry flavors, finishing with a hint of oak. Stuffed turkey, game with spicy sauces, feta and medium-flavored cheeses. Best served at 18-20 oC.
