A deep red wine with a mature tint. Its rich bouquet unfolds with dried figs and prunes, and a whiff of pepper and vanilla. A full-bodied and fleshy palate with velvety tannins and a lingering finish. Excellent with roast beef, pork sausages, pot roasts and spicy cheeses.
